Welcome to the HPC Cluster BIOcrunch Wiki at the ZSM

Introduction

The BioCrunch cluster at the ZSM is a centrally administered cluster consisting of several nodes hosted by the Zoologische Staatssammlung in Munich, Germany.

The cluster runs 64-bit Linux and is accessible at cluster.zsm-intra.net for users with accounts. Here you find a list of installed software.

Please contact the administrator (administrator@zsm.mwn.de) in case of technical problems that cannot be solved by the documentation.
