Introduction

The BioCrunch cluster at the ZSM is a centrally administered cluster consisting of several nodes hosted by the Zoologische Staatssammlung in Munich, Germany.

The cluster runs 64-bit Linux and is accessible at cluster.zsm-intra.net for users with accounts. The cluster hosts several programms that are dedicated to the inference of phylogenetic trees.
